I was taken out for bbq by a Wichita resident that bragged about the flavors all the way to the restuarant. I ordered a brisket sandwich a hot link with fries and hot sauce. The brisket was so tender and smoky the hot links were spicy and flavorful. His hot sauce made my tongue tingle but not ruin the flavors.
