You'll want 90+ melee stats for duos and 85+ for trios. You also need 70+ prayer and piety. It's really not worth soloing. For gear you'll want tassets, tent, hally/ags, guthans, warrior helm/f hat, karils top for duoing and bcp for trioing. Fang bandos is really nice. I'm getting like 12 kills average per trip. Kc only takes a few minutes anyway so I'm pretty sure it's about as fast as ranging bandos.
