On tuesday they call me and tell me that the recall update has messed up the instrument cluster and they will have to replace the whole instrument cluster to fix it. I get a call back today that infiniti has stopped performing the recall work due to this issue happening on other Jxs too!! Infiniti is now investigating the cause of this issue.
