As of couple months ago, I stopped getting prompted by Cactbot for some reason. I uninstalled and installed again, checked the firewall thingy but everything seems to be in perfect order.

The beta is available for download but it has to be started before launching the game. Unable to get act to work anymore tried to add the rule again by deleting it and the DLL ... So at some point I updated Windows and my ACT overlay was no longer showing up in fullscreen mode. I don't have a second monitor (or a laptop good enough to run in windowed mode) but I managed to find a quick fix. In the game > system config, just switch your resolution to a different one (ex. 1680x1200 (48hz) to 1680x1200 (60hz)).
