If your sequencer is open and you go to UDS, Sun tab and to the far right of the three positions should be an arrow with a plus. That’ll add a key frame for you. I found a mega-thread (Dynamic shadows artifacts - #71 by Zeblote) and, as far as I can tell, it was never resolved for landscape. Even with an over-smoothed landscape and high resolution, the issue was still there.
From what I saw this is a ultra dynamic weather setting, but it might be available in native UE5. There is the option to enable screen droplets and many settings such as how much droplets the lens gets when facing the rain. I'll play with these settings next time so it makes more real :) 1. In the settings for UDS there’s a fog section, and you can define a curve that’s mapped to the time of day that controls the amount of fog. But that doesn't affect the second fog data. :/.
