This worked for everything with my diode laser. However when using this same test with the CO2 I find it gives completely different results depending on the size of the cut. e.g. a material test with 5mm squares gives completely different results to a test with 20mm squares.

I'm Bob, I use an ATEZR P20 plus 20w and I've been using hobby lasers since October of 2022.Sometimes it doesn't cut all the way through because of inconsistent wood. Then will increase speed to 750 mm/m and run again still at 100%. For a recent piece that was really involved and didn't cut very well, flipped over and used print & cut, increased speed to 750 & 100%.
