I've done rounds without alcohol, rounds with some alcohol and there were no differences for me. I cut out alcohol and reduced caffeine several months prior to doing stims for IVF. I mainly did this to reduce overall inflammation in my body hoping this would help my chances of developing higher quality eggs.
