The stock clutch will work pretty well on a 4 and 6-row, but it's the same clutch on the 8 and 12-row models and that proved to be more of a load than the clutch could handle if worn at all. It seems like the seed spacing would be pretty far apart on 80,000 but I could be wrong. My last planter was a 4/7 7000 series but only had one transmission with chains from the front to drive the back row units. Please let me know what you think.
