If you prefer not to see it, you can unpause and forget the device. If you don't want it to ever connect, the best thing to do is change the password for your home Wi-Fi network.

I see no unpause option. I see troubleshoot device or device details when I click connect then devices and then the flex using the xFi app. Wait I fixed it. No idea how but I think I figured it out. 😅. I am having the same issue. I paused all of my devices, but now when I go to unpause it shows 0 devices. With pausing device, the pause device feature is more of a MAC address filter that keeps track of devices using the MAC addresses. Depending on the devices and security/privacy settings of each device, the pausing device feature may not work 100% of the time.
