If I disturb it by say driving , it will take at least a 1/2 of an hour to regen @ highway speed. If all I do is drive all day, which is not too often, it will pasive regen no problem , and does not effect performance.
My active regens normally only take about 10 minutes or so once the DPF gets above around 800 degrees. My regens will stop when the truck is put in park. The regen can be interrupted and will start again during the next drive cycle. If it gets interrupted too many times, you will get a message.
