So to answer to my own question, just got results back and I scored within 20 points of comsae predicted score. That's pretty close. I guess new comsaes are much more predictive. It’s interesting that both sdn and r/comlex are basically dead. Apr 22, 2016. #2. They're as accurate as any other $60 practice test. But seriously, COMLEX exams seem to be heavy in certain areas on certain cycles, the questions are godawful, etc. Just keep studying, do your best, and you should be fine.

I had a positive trend, studied my weaknesses, and hit my target score before taking the exam. Some questions were very similar or the same, but it was like they expanded on it. It was the same general content, with varying emphasis, but whereas comsae's were lean, comlex was fattened up to weigh you down.

A few I didn't know diagnosis based off vignette, but I only hit 75% of UW so thats the way the cookie crumbles. My UWSA1 was 260 so I felt ok to not do another test before.Level 1. Level 2 comsae vs actual score. For those who took a comsae (or multiple), how'd your score compare to the real deal? How far out did you take it? I took 107 like 5 weeks out and got a 632. Hoping to hit 650-700 on the real thing. I think you'll basically see your answer on Aug 3 when the first set of scores come out.

Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions.
