The 'not connected' is used if you need to change your PayPal address to a new one, so you can 'connect' to the new address. So nothing to do with getting screeners. Yes, but from my experience it doesn't do any good. By the time you hit the alert, the test is most likely gone. You can get alerts via email. Or if your on your laptop/ computer there is a bell ding when a new test comes in. That one is much more efficient than email. If you like it consider starring this project.
