I had heard mixed things saying you had to wait >2 hours, or, >24 hours for it to "really" work, so perhaps that's why I had the results I did. I did the PVT the evening after my exam, after waiting a few hours. I got the "bad" pop up, allowing my CC ( which was an empty visa gift card) to go through. I was devastated.
