Hi all, after some research through some nascar and racing forums I decided to purchase a baofeng uv-5r two way radio so I can listen to the driver communications and race broadcast at a race in a couple of weeks. I will not be transmitting, just listening. The frequencies are in the 400 range and I know this unit should pick them up.
