Why is the status LED pulsing red? Notion 2 is at 0 percent battery and will shut off in two minutes. If you plug in your Notion 2 before the status LED turns solid red, you'll prevent Notion 2 from shutting down. Otherwise, Notion 2 will safely shut down until it's charged again.
