Functions as a private practice within a larger practice. You have control over your schedule, lending to the flexibility to maintain work/life balance.The coworkers are easy to get along with and our management team is very approachable.The minimum is "30 hours of availability to work" to be considered full time and receive benefits. The percentage is 65 split and they have some stock options. Our schedules were very flexible prior to Lifestance so they are saying that this will not change.Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions.
