Kotor 2 kind of forces you to do either Dark or Light, giving you alignment even for options that look neutral (saying "I feel naked without a lightsaber" is a apparently a light side option ._.). Very annoying, but ignoring Kotor 2 writers' subjective interpretations of Dark and Light, I think you can find ways to RP as a neutral character.
