Next, I added more thin-set using the notched side. Place the rubber drainpipe gasket over the drainpipe coming up through the shower drain flange. Thread the gasket setscrew over the rubber gasket. Tighten with the included tool and a screwdriver until secure. The op seems to purely rely on the kerdi curb which is insufficient for screws holding weight. If you look at the pictures the mounting of the glass shown by Schluter and the shower model, they use different fastener at the bottom. I have done multiple showers with Schluter and highly recommend buying john bridge's book which cover many details.
