Made in Mexico. its motor failed, probably burned out. The third one was the blend door actuator on the driver's side. Made in South Korea. One test you might try is to remove the electrical connector from the passenger side blend actuator, then change some settings and see if the clicking returns. If the clicking is gone, that should confirm that actuator is the bad one. The screws on it require a 5.5mm socket. 7/32" works well, too. HTH. The front two were pretty easy, but the back two were a bit more of a pain. I think the back two were really what was causing most of the noise as most of the rubber bushings had pretty much completely deteriorated and weren't even attached to the mount anymore, which was causing all of the clicking and popping noises.
