If you wanna make so that you can fast travel to shrines you can enter the master editor. it's because you used the save file that already had the maximum hearts/stamina. there is probably a separate value in the files that disables upgrading completely once you reached the maximum. just make a fresh save file and edit that instead. or just use the editor to manually give you the upgrade. Then all you need is a modded Switch to put it on. 2.It works perfectly fine for me. I save the game (it saves it to folder 0), I edit the save in the save editor.
