Help, this problem just started for me in the last 24 hours on every TCL Roku Series 4, 5, 6 I own. Only Netflix and Prime crash, all other apps are fine. Tried restart, reinstall, no luck. Update - reset of Roku stick seems to have fixed the issue as of now. I haven't experienced this on any of my Stick 3600 or Stick 3800 devices. What I do experience is that Prime Video FF / RW is stupidly hard to control b/c it goes too fast! I did just read that it might work better using the purple D-Pad, so I'll try that soon.

I watch dramas that have subtitles and what will happen is the video freezes completely, but the audio and subtitles continue to keep playing and then it crashes. Other times the video keeps going, and then the audio and subtitles freeze and then it crashes. I have had similar issues with Sling.tv app, crunchyroll, and Prime only on this Roku.
