Yuzu - Emulation - Configs - Controls. enable controllers 1-5 (set them as connected) And set them as Steam Gamepads (in the dropdown that lets you change controller input), which means when you use them in Game Mode, it'll emulate a gamepad into Yuzu and use your big picture controls. Awesome!

I have a question because I installed everything correctly in desktop mode and can run Yuzu and it works fine. But when I try to run emu yuzu it tells me it cannot find keys. So it sounds like it's installing a separate folder somewhere for that version for the update files and keys and I'm not sure where that is.
