Then, I found the Best Western Acadia Park Inn for half the price and I can cancel up to a few days before without penalty. The hotels in Bar Harbor all seem to require around 10 days and have a cancellation fee.Boston is usually cheaper but is about a 5 hour drive, Manchester is also about 5 hours but its not nearly as hectic as Boston, and if you can score a decent price to Bangor that would be ideal. Its a smaller airport only an hour from Acadia. Your family will have a great trip.
