Hello, Has anyone fostered dogs with Last Hope K9? They are Massachusetts' largest dog rescue organization. I am creating this thread because I'm curious on people's opinions of the organization. It's made up of all volunteers and they have extremely strict rules regarding "foster failing" that quite frankly make little sense.
