yes, Hidive works for the UK. It does have some titles that are regionally restricted however. I can't put my hands on the first season information but I do have information that the third season dub is available in the United Kingdom (GB, AI, SH, BM, AQ, IO, VG, KY, FK, GI, MS, PN, TC, GS).
