Jan 6, 2021 · I have two ROKU TVs - one is a Sanyo and the other is a TCL - that are stuck on the activation screen. it is the first thing that comes on when you turn the TV on. It is saying to reenter your ROKU account email (Someone logged into their own account at one time). It wont let me go to the home page to go to settings to factory reset it.
