Ban waves stopped in June of last year. They changed their cheat detection to ongoing 24/7, 365. Just logging into a modded app like pgsharp will set you up for a strike. I highly recommend not using pgsharp ever. It doesnt matter what you do or dont do on a modded app. Just logging in is the problem.
