Probably a crap shoot on whether you get a 4-way version or not from them. There are much nicer <$400 office chairs out there. Just because they have free returns does not mean you want to mess with taking a chair apart, fitting it back into the original box like a game of nightmare tetris, and hauling it up to a UPS store. Haworth Fern and Zody II are prolly the most realistic options in that 1000-1200$ price range. The Fern especially is really flexible and comfortable.
