Rented a car to pick up at 7pm in Salt Lake City. Went to the off site car rental shuttle area to find a bunch of their customers surprised that they close at 7pm. Everyone in shocked at the same situation. Taking the famous “ Seinfeld” episode to a new level of a laughable car rental company. What a joke! NU will be OLD very soon!
