Converge is Maya's glue skill because it makes everything better. By pulling enemies in they get staggered and can't attack for a couple of seconds which gives you more survival, also getting closer makes chain reaction more potent as well as more enemies within cloud kill.
Pete is the easiest to kill with any character. I absolutely LOVE ZERO my playtime proves it (30+ days) anyways I myself can only solo Hyperius and and Pete. Hyperius is pretty straight forward you are just going to need 4 things a DP Harold, a singularity grenade (slag preferred), a good bee, and the skill B0re.
With Maya, I'd say start with the healing tree first, thennn as you get up to in levels you can spread them out. After a certain point it'll get too hard to kill things & when you're there dump everything into cataclysm & put some in the first healing skill on the right for the healing tree, those orbs.Rapoulas. Weapon 2&3 (DPS): The Pimpernel is my go-to DPS weapon for Maya on pretty much any build but especially with this one. A Corrosive and Shock Pimpernel in both slots will do the trick. You'll notice I had a fire one equipped but that was a mistake. Fire is less effective in the peak because no enemies count as flesh enemies.
