Hello, I have had the same issue. I've got the solution, so I've picked up the first exotic mission with Arthur back in chapter 4. After that I picked up all plants and Orchids with John (and got 15 Lady Slipper Orchids) for the exotic mission buut I found out it is not counted towards the challenge until you completing the first exotic mission.PSA: For anyone planning to collect the exotics. I'd recommend looking up ahead of time and hunting and skinning the birds you need. Once you start the spawn rate of the birds you need lower drastically (i.e egrets, herons, spoonbills etc) For example, before moving on to part 2 I was finding egrets, herons and spoonbills galore at bayalls edge ...Likewise, the Legendary Fish are another collectible that's part of a Stranger Mission, and you need to catch all 13. Exotics quests are easy if you collect ahead of time. Once you get a request, everything stops spawning, except maybe 1 of each item and you have to look thru hell and high water for it. Plumes, for example, I collect all thru chapters 2 & 3, when those damn egrets, herons, and spoonbills are everywhere. Orchids I collect as I hunt.On my 2nd playthrough and going for the 100% and currently on the Exotics Challenge. However, can I find any reddish egret!!!
