I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. I really cant see a size differance between 20's and 22's when the rim is black if i would have noticed this before i paidd for 22's and 37's I would have went with 20's and 35's. Less lift and less rubber = better performance, MPG, less wear and tear on your truck, cost of tires.

I have seen 17-19's with 37x12.5 on stock wheels, no spacers and no lift that didn't require any trimming, the only rub was on the radius arms and sway bar. With the 2023 radius arms having more clearance and I think a different sway bar, I would expect a 37x12.5 to fit with little to no rub without any suspension changes. May 18, 2023.

Going to a 35" doesn't accomplish much in terms of height. A 6" lift looks good with 37's, but not with 35's.
