Played primarily on my Warlock initially, and then grinned the others. I was completing the artifact board on my warlock. I was at last step before getting Exotic Quest for glaives. I switched over to Titan and crafted the two weapons and then grabbed Exotic quest on titan. I went to craft the Titan exotic glaive with no issue.

I did the steps on my Warlock, got the glaive, went to do it on Titan and I can't shape it. I did preservation and still cannot access the board and yes did the raid and have already crafted all the weapons needed, just saying. The 2nd and 3rd glaives come from running wellspring.
