If you want to do any sort of protection work, I would suggest a good Schutzund club, and then follow their entire training program.There are 3 parts to Schutzhund. Obedience, tracking and protection. As such the dog is trained in each of these areas. The BH certification is required before a dog can compete in any of these areas.
