For Step 2CK, I'd recommend Episodes 37/97 (the risk factors ones) and those dedicated to the specific shelf exams (there's videos for Peds, Surgery, Psych, OB, IM which has 4 videos, and a podcast series for neuro) on an as needed basis. I just made a podcast (Motivation Monday) on the above mentioned topic that should answer many questions relating to how to use the podcasts to study for Step 2CK/3 and your shelf exams. I used to go to Divine's in-person review lectures when he was still at Hopkins. There's not really any other resource that does rapid-review of NBME factoids like that, besides the Emma Holliday slides for several clerkships. I wish he used slides more though. I would recommend watching the divine intervention peds shelf review for all the HY material. UWorld + AnKing + NBMEs was more than enough to do well on the shelf. Kawasaki disease is 100% a guarantee to show up as either a question or as an answer choice. Uworld + anki is a great place to start.
