BOTW on Cemu has very much more performance than BOTW on Yuzu, and this isn't good. Yuzu isn't that good to run BOTW and the engine behind TOTK will be the same as BOTW's, so: if you don't have a very good setup, maybe TOTK can be unplayable or get a bad performance at launch. And idk if it will be slow to be at least playable.
With Yuzu's level of optimization your CPU is too slow for 60fps in BOTW. It's that simple. The only CPUs that can achieve that is within the last two gens of AMD/Intel where IPC, clocks and core counts are way up: 5800X/7700X, or 12700K/13700K. The game's native cap is 30fps (sometimes it drops to 20fps).
I honestly haven't ever tried cemu, but after recent yuzu updates my laptop runs botw at near locked 60 fps. Get some drops.
