There's a "Slow HDD" toggle that seems more like a placebo than anything, and it turns itself off sometimes when you restart the game. But it *says* it can offset some of the loading by using extra RAM/VRAM. I just personally don't notice much of a difference, but otherwise playing on an HDD is just fine. 5.
