These are probably all good choices - all have reasonable tuition and expensive cost of living. Not sure where you are from but if you can live at home with any of these choices that might be something to consider. Otherwise, SDSU is the top rated program but sure you can accomplish your goals at any of these schools. Go to SJSU. Better tech opportunities, cheaper for you, and your earnings potential as a software engineer are much higher than MIS. I speak from tech experience (and I’m originally from San Jose). Once you graduate you can move wherever you want. Save the housing money and graduate with the better major.
