Arcane seems to be in a really good place right now. Infusing with bleed to up it's bleed buildup or occult to scale with arcane can get pretty strong. There will be some bosses that don't bleed though so you'll want a backup option in those instances. I personally really like spin slash on a cold nagakiba regardless of build.
