Anyhow its an Eiger 400 and the odometer is only showing around 250 miles. I removed the fuel tank and cleaned that and removed the carb and cleaned the jets out best I could and reassembled and reinstalled. The atv fired right up and idled great and ran great from 1/4 throttle to WOT but from idle to 1/4 throttle it would stumble and shut off ...

Eiger 400 Throttle issues. Just rebuilt the factory carb. The machine cranks but it takes playing with the throttle to get it to crank. Once running it runs without issues. Everything was adjusted to factory specs. I have run out options to resolve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Suzuki eiger 400 hesitates and backfires What is the on/off position of the choke lever. I've cleaned/rebuilt carb replaced spark plug, flywheel, stator, fuel valve, fuel filter, main (choke) diaphragm with plunger and CDI. When in neutral and I accelerate it hesitates sputters and backfires, but eventually builds RPM.
