After an hour or two hour of charging, I heard some spinning noise. I checked and found that my roomba main brushes is turning constantly at a very fast speed (I think it is fast). I pressed the ON/OFF button but it cannot stop the brushes. I have to remove the battery. By the way, the battery is very warm to touch.

thanks. This is the first time we used it. I will check but I would be surprised if that was the issue. At first it would spin on the hardwood floor and stop when it got on a rug. Then shortly thereafter it stopped spinning altogether. If it’s hair, use a Philips head screwdriver and remove the one screw, clean the hair, reattach.
