Some are necessary while some are optional. Necessary stuff I'd say is cerulean tear+ azur comet+ moonlight greatsword buff+ ranni darkmoon. Use sword buff first then darkmoon to decrease target damage resistance to magic. Then drink a blue flask then drink the mixed physick with the cerulean tear and then use the azur comet.
