I have also changed the difference for CB and S from -30 to -40 to get some more DB injuries, ingame and sim for anyone doing their own edits. The roster is on PS5 and under the tag - jittytaylor23.

Take off progressive fatigue. It’s broken in game. I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play. Check my profile for the full Franchise settings I posted here a few days ago.
