I'm experimenting with both. Both suck with stagger but I like the counter and reach with the estoc. But I think it's just not enough. What's the appeal of the uchi? Strength based weapons seem to do just as much damage but with higher poise stagger...Poison can be decent, but you lose a lot of normal damage. Bleed kinda sucks. Magic can be decent if you also have a buff. Lightning would be better. I don't advise infusions if you don't have the ability to cast a spell buff. On a weapon that has not been infused you can match resins to the situation.

If you try to outrange someone with a rapier, you're setting yourself up for failure, imo.For main hand I think the others are better. Estoc looks silly but is undoubtedly better than the rapier. It scales much better with Strength rather than Dex so just keep the Dex at a minimum. Leo Ring helps since most of the attacks are thrusting.
