Apr 16, 2023 · Truck not starting after remote start. My 2023 Silverado LT with 1800 mi on it would not start after remote starting. The engine stopped when pressing ignition button but the radio and air vent control stayed on but could not change settings and the screen dimmed ultimately draining battery. Had to have towed to dealership yesterday. Remove the driver's switch panel and pop the cover off the back of the panel to expose the inside of the device. Look for burnt spots on the circuit board. The Master switch will have both wires to the rear motor resting at ground.
