I went and talked to Dento and he said its still out in the world, I have no idea where I put it as I'm like 80+ hours in the game and that happened weeks ago.For each Shrine you've found, click it on the Zelda Dungeon map and then on the check-mark in the pop-up window that'll appear above it. This will make the map hide it as this'll mark it as "Complete". Do this for every single Shrine you've found.
