My ASUS ZenWifi router disconnects all devices connected to the 4 Ethernet ports in the back. WiFi works fine both 2.4 and 5G. It's only the connected devices that it disconnects. I have to keep rebooting it. This issue started 2 days ago. When the problem started the router had an old FW on it, I updated the FW and the problem is still there.1. First of all when I try to add the secondary node to AiMesh, after searching for it for about 3 min or so it just fails but the other Node comes up in the list afterwards. Used AC86U as the router and AC88U as node. AC88U keeps disconnecting intermittently once in a few months. I normally just rebooted the AC88U and it seems to solve the issue. Last night it disconnected twice within an hour. Rebooting the AC88U does not solve the issue since it disconnected again before I could finish a TV episode. Everytime i play any game even surf the web the wifi disconnects and comes back then disconnects and so forth. After trying every solution everyone has tried even the settings on wifi card i found a answer. Uninstall the wifi card in device manager and reset the device it should force a bios reboot and bam issue solved ! Yall welcome.
