I have checked and rechecked my wiring until I'm blue in the face. The 0411 swap is worthwhile. It’s rather complicated though. An odd thing to try. It’s worked on many cars that have codes that refuse to clear in Chevy and Dodges we tune at the shop. Remove the positive batt cable at the batt and short it to the negative terminal for 30 seconds or so.When the 0411 first came back from Black Bear, there was only 22 deg at wot. Cruise timing was way low too, mid 20's rather than mid 30's. I sent it back with the data logs and asked for more timing. They did add cruise timing, but wot is still 22.0. For the record there is no trace of knock.

I finished Swapping the 0411 pcm into my truck and it runs well. I had to go back and move a few pins due to them being in the wrong spot on the connectors ...

There will be a ZN4 code on the sticker if that is the case. I pm'd lextech a couple years ago and he sent me the spread sheets. You do have to add a couple wires from the gear indicator to the PCM. Either down on the switch or from behind the instrument cluster so that the 0411 knows what gear it's in. The black box didn't care. I personally run a 0411 pcm in my 97 Silverado. I run the 0411 in a 96 GMC K1500 as well. The 0411 is an easy swap, takes about 2-3 hours to pull the wires form their old connectors and snap them into the new connectors/positions,....using a pin-out sheet. You have to license the tune that you want to use and you have to license the PCM. The only way to use the segment swap feature is if the tune on the PCM is the same OS as the tune you want to use. I don't believe the V6 os and the V8 os are the same. so you wouldn't be able to swap segments. I could be wrong though.

Ive pulled the wiring diagrams, bought the PCM and connectors for less than $100.Being a 2000 Blazer it should have the 0411 ECM factory. Then its just a matter of doing a segment swap. The 0411 (12200411) PCM (P01) was used in the 2001 and 2002 model years. The 1999 and 2000 P01 PCMs were 4896 (093504896). A 2000 S-series Blazer with the 4.3L V6 engine was originally equipped with a Vortec (Black Box) PCM. If you are still going the 0411 swap route, you should be able to use any of the Holden Commodore 00-02 LS1b tunes for this. Once you have the OS on there, you can open the corvette file and copy and paste the spark/fuel values etc back over and make any changes needed manually. Might be a bit time consuming but I think that would do the job.
