The 300 PRC and win mag are basically ballistic twins. The Norma will be faster, but not as fast as a 300 Lapua or 300 Lapua AI. I always play with bigger 30's, but I will never be without a 300 win mag that is ready to go. It will flat get it done with a 215 Berger and you will see 3K plus with that 28", maybe 3050.
